Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Managing a team of 5-8 Data Analysts, the full-time Director of Data Analytics will oversee the Patient Access Services operational analytics unit, ensuring optimal performance and productivity while administering Tableau Cloud and Power BI applications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage team operations, including backlog maintenance, data refresh schedules, and report subscriptions
• Coach Analysts in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and analytics best practices while ensuring documentation of all processes
• Support client engagements and represent Data & Analytics in business reviews and project updates

Required qualifications:

• BS in a technical field such as Analytics, Data Science, or Computer Science
• 1+ year of experience with Snowflake and 2+ years with Tableau
• Advanced SQL and dashboard design skills
• 5+ years of data analysis experience in a customer-facing role
• 5+ years of experience managing Data Analysts with a hands-on approach
