Director of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the analytics strategy for Molina Healthcare's Florida Health Plan, the full-time Director of Data Analytics will manage reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across various domains while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Directs the design and delivery of executive dashboards and operational reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Partners with senior executives to align analytics solutions with business strategies and operational plans
• Leads and develops multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of actionable insights and analytics that drive performance and cost containment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in data, reporting, and analytics
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong experience with healthcare data domains including claims, enrollment, and regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and analytical methodologies
