Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data & AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts to identify and define high-impact AI and data product use cases
• Build and lead a network of AI champions and productivity power users across business units
• Partner with senior leaders to co-create tailored messaging and visual narratives that align with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise environments with a focus on transformation leadership
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital workplace innovation and stakeholder management
• Strong proficiency in design thinking and innovation methodologies
• Experience with data and AI tools, including Microsoft 365 and the Copilot suite
