Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data & AI Platform Engineering to lead the design and operation of core data, machine learning, and generative AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution for next-gen Data, ML, and GenAI platforms, ensuring a unified and scalable architecture
• Drive modernization of data and ML foundations to support unified signals and scalable AI/ML workloads
• Establish strong governance practices and ensure operational excellence for platform reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, data, ML, or platform engineering; 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience with large-scale data platforms, ML platforms, or AI/GenAI platforms in cloud environments
• Strong software engineering foundation with experience in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Deep expertise across the ML lifecycle and modern data infrastructure
• Proven capability in building self-service platform abstractions and tooling for efficient development and deployment
