Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the department's annual roadmap, translating organizational priorities into actionable projects
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Data, Analytics, Engineering & Technology department, ensuring clear goals and accountability
• Manage the organization's approach to AI, ensuring responsible and effective use of AI tools and technologies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in progressive political organizations or mission-driven institutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience managing and developing staff with strong people leadership skills
• Experience in data, analytics, engineering, or technology roles
• Familiarity with tools commonly used in progressive organizing and campaigns
