Job Summary
Leading the enterprise data and analytics strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Data and Analytics will provide strategic and technical leadership for data architecture, governance, and business intelligence initiatives in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and execute the company's data and analytics strategy while leading the data and analytics roadmap
- Oversee the development of dashboards and self-service business intelligence, ensuring alignment with business priorities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics, with a background in leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, SQL, and cloud data platforms, particularly Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Proven experience with integrating enterprise data sources and managing data governance
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
