Job Summary
Leading the audience strategy and data collaboration efforts, the full-time remote Director of Data and Measurement will define audience segmentation frameworks, establish measurement standards, and drive the strategic vision for retail media tooling and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement audience strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Own measurement philosophy and standards for brand insights, campaign performance, and effectiveness
- Set strategic vision for retail media tooling, automation, and reporting capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10-15 years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or data-driven media environments
- Deep understanding of first-party data, identity, and privacy-safe activation
- Significant experience with clean rooms, data cloud platforms, and BI tools
- Expertise in media measurement methodologies and reporting systems
