A company is looking for a Director of Data Center Facility Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 operations ensuring uptime and standardized processes for data center sites
• Define and monitor performance metrics for operational health and reliability across the portfolio
• Oversee crisis management, incident response, and ensure operational readiness for critical infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations or related fields
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and complex operations
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems (power, cooling, security)
• Experience with automation and operational tooling in a data center environment
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar investments and vendor performance
