Director of Data Center Operations

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of an advanced AI test factory, the full-time Director of Data Center Operations will act as the Owner's Representative, overseeing project execution, design coordination, and construction of a mission-critical facility in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner's Representative throughout all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
• Oversee MEP-intensive scopes, including electrical distribution and liquid cooling systems, ensuring systems support high-density loads
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, leading design reviews to ensure constructability and alignment with workflows

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Owner's Representative on complex industrial or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Strong background in MEP-heavy projects, particularly in electrical power systems and liquid cooling infrastructure
• Experience in commissioning environments such as data centers or advanced tech manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, high-change environments
• Strong command of scheduling, cost control, and risk management fundamentals
