Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Data Center Solutions will lead the development of comprehensive outsourcing proposals, manage critical deliverables, and support sales leadership throughout the contracting process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of tailored outsourcing solutions for Data Center clients, collaborating with sales and subject matter experts
• Manage integrated solution design and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with client needs and corporate reviews
• Assist sales teams in the contracting process by developing optimal business terms and validating pricing changes

Required qualifications

• Previous operational experience in a Data Center environment is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management is preferred
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with commercial pricing and financial acumen for complex value propositions
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and apply best practices consistently
