Director of Data Centers

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Centers, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development and operational planning for Critical Environments PDS service delivery
• Serve as the subject matter expert to analyze operational models and recommend advancements
• Manage complex initiatives across multiple business lines and markets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering; advanced degrees preferred
• 7 to 15+ years of experience in the Design and Construction industry, particularly in data centers and mission-critical environments
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience
• General Contractors License, PMP, and LEED Certificates preferred
• Knowledge of a disciplined Project Management process, with Six Sigma being desirable
