• Lead the data engineering team to build scalable data pipelines and optimize the data stack
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure data quality and security best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and manage project timelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading data engineering teams
• Deep expertise with AWS services and strong experience with Snowflake and DBT
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with healthcare or payor data is preferred
