Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Software Engineering team
• Define and execute a three-year vision and 12-month roadmap for data systems
• Architect and scale real-time data processing and API-based systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Data or Software Engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in distributed data processing and event streaming
• Experience with pub/sub messaging systems and workflow orchestration
• Proficiency in cloud-native architecture across major cloud providers
• Strong understanding of ML infrastructure and pipelines
