Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the data engineering team, providing technical direction and mentorship

• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related technical roles
• 4+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams
• Strong expertise in modern data solutions and cloud-based architectures
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
