Director of Data Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data engineering efforts for enterprise analytics data Lakehouse and master data assets
• Architect and implement modern data pipelines on public cloud platforms for healthcare data assets
• Design, implement, and maintain complex data lineage from data ingestion to downstream stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; MBA or related Master's preferred
• At least 10 years of data engineering team and project leadership experience with 5 years of direct people management
• Strong technical security expertise and systems management in an agile operating model
• Familiarity with healthcare data management principles and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage technical data products in healthcare enterprise initiatives
