Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Engineering to lead their data engineering strategy and optimize operations through advanced data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes for processing healthcare data
• Lead the development of advanced analytics models to identify trends and optimize processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• 3+ years of experience with big data systems in AWS Stack
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations such as HIPAA and FHIR
