Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Engineering & Business Intelligence to lead data platform and analytics innovation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to create and maintain automated data pipelines
• Oversee the architecture and design of the BI ecosystem for internal and client-facing environments
• Drive innovation by exploring new APIs and integration approaches to enhance data capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics, preferably in an advertising agency or client environment
• Experience with marketing, sales, or digital media data
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience in building scalable data pipelines using SQL and tools like dbt
• Expertise in cloud data platforms and orchestration tools
