Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing Platform Engineering team focused on technical excellence and player-first thinking
• Define and execute a 3-year platform vision and 12-month delivery plan aligned with company priorities
• Drive architectural decisions for large-scale, real-time data processing and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams for large-scale platforms
• Expertise in distributed data processing and storage systems, including pub/sub messaging platforms
• Deep understanding of developer experience and self-service architectures
• Experience with scalable cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
