Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Engineering & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a successful data organization across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering
• Oversee the processing and analysis of millions of utility bills monthly, ensuring data reliability and scalability
• Develop a multi-year strategy for data infrastructure and ensure effective use of collected data

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data-intensive environments, with a focus on large-scale datasets
• Deep expertise with Snowflake, including performance optimization and architecting for scale
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Hex, and Fivetran/Airbyte
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for optimized large-scale data processing
• Experience in building and leading Data & Analytics teams at high-growth SaaS companies
