Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Data Engineering aligned with the organization's data strategy

• Build and scale governed data products that support enterprise analytics and machine learning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in defining engineering strategy and delivering enterprise-grade data platforms
• Strong hands-on knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and technologies such as Databricks and Apache Spark
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions
