Director of Data Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Engineering & AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for Google Marketing Platform (GMP) related challenges
• Lead and develop a team of GMP practitioners, implementing upskilling initiatives
• Own the P&L for the GMP function, driving operational improvements and identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing/ad tech, with strong agency exposure
• Deep expertise in DV360 and CM360, with working knowledge of SA360 and GA4
• Proven experience in leading experienced teams and acting as a technical authority
• Strong understanding of commercial models and experience with P&L ownership
• Experience supporting sales processes and client growth initiatives
