Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Engineering & AI Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for complex Google Marketing Platform (GMP) challenges
• Lead and develop a team of GMP practitioners, focusing on capability building and upskilling initiatives
• Own the P&L for the GMP function, driving operational improvements and supporting sales growth

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing or ad tech, with strong agency exposure
• Deep expertise in DV360 and CM360, with knowledge of SA360 and GA4
• Proven experience in leading experienced teams and acting as a senior technical authority
• Strong understanding of commercial models and experience with P&L ownership
• Experience in supporting sales processes and client growth initiatives
