Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for the data platform, aligning investments with business strategy

• Architect and oversee scalable data pipelines and champion best practices in analytics engineering

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in modern data stack technologies such as cloud data warehouses and orchestration tools
• Proven ability to define and execute a multi-year data platform strategy
• Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Track record of delivering trusted and well-documented data products
