Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Engineering to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data engineering strategy aligned with business and technology objectives
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture and enforce data modeling standards
• Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure data quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles with progressive leadership experience
• Strong experience with Azure data technologies and designing data architecture in enterprise environments
• Expertise in ETL/ELT development and large-scale data processing
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
