Director of Data Governance

Job Summary

To enhance the integrity and usability of Sales data, the remote Director of Data Governance will manage GTM data systems, drive data governance initiatives, and lead cross-functional execution to improve data accuracy and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the health and performance of GTM data systems, improving accuracy and reliability across Salesforce and adjacent systems
• Define and track KPIs that connect data quality to business outcomes, ensuring GTM leaders trust the data
• Lead high-priority initiatives from problem definition through rollout, translating business needs into clear system changes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading GTM, RevOps, or data transformation initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Proven ownership of large-scale cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Experience improving and scaling Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) data models in complex organizations
• Strong ability to transition from strategy to implementation effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
