Job Summary

Leading data strategy and execution for the Insights and Customer Experience digital product domain, the full-time remote Director of Data Insights will manage data analysts and scientists, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable data models and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the data strategy for the Insights and Customer Experience domain, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to implement scalable data models and ensure data quality standards
• Lead the development of dashboards and data visualizations that support business processes and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data product roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing data analysts or similar roles
• Strong experience with data modeling in product environments
• Proven track record of improving data quality and establishing trust in data
