Director of Data Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Management to oversee data integrity and optimization across multiple repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the structure, quality, and maintenance of enterprise-level data repositories across payor strategy functions
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of facility and provider rosters, health plan audits, and performance metrics
• Develop and implement data governance practices and collaborate with various departments for data alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in data management within a large healthcare organization
• Proven experience managing large, complex data libraries and repositories
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL and/or Google BigQuery
• Deep understanding of managed care operations and exceptional organizational skills
