Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Management & Analytics (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of product business analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Oversee systems implementation and maintain product backlogs while ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Engage with stakeholders to identify system efficiencies and develop change management plans for new implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• 5+ years of experience in a related role within the property & casualty insurance sector
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience in overseeing software solution design and implementation
• Working knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory requirements
