Director of Data Management

Job Summary

To lead a high-performing BI team, the full-time remote Director of Data Management will manage the development and implementation of DataMarts, ensuring data governance and quality while leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of BI professionals and data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Define and execute the BI roadmap, overseeing the design and implementation of scalable DataMarts and data models
• Drive integration of structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, along with strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI
