Job Summary

Leading data strategy and governance, the full-time remote Director of Data Management will design and maintain a modern data environment, ensuring accurate and accessible information to support decision-making and operational performance across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data strategy aligned with the company's architecture
• Oversee the delivery of data pipelines and ensure timely execution of strategic data initiatives
• Build and lead multi-disciplinary data teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 10 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics leadership roles
• Experience leading data programs in regulated industries such as life insurance or financial services
• Demonstrated success in building modern data platforms in cloud environments
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and drive alignment
