Key responsibilities
- Own the integration and data migration program across core implementation and client transitions
- Direct the integration architecture across federal payroll, benefits systems, and other agency-specific applications
- Manage the data migration strategy, including governance, quality controls, and post-migration audits
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in consulting or leadership roles
- Demonstrated program-level ownership of enterprise integration and data migration efforts at scale
