Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational lifecycle of the enterprise data platform and manage the Data Change Advisory Board
• Implement data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data policies
• Lead a team of DataOps engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering or operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Services, and cloud-native data architectures
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and experience implementing operational processes
• Proven track record in managing complex data ecosystems and leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in stakeholder management and documentation
