Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Data Operations and Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for data operations and platform capabilities
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and oversee data ingestion and transformation
• Drive integration strategy and ensure reliability, performance, and cost optimization of data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years in data engineering/operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience with enterprise data platforms and ELT tools
• Strong understanding of MuleSoft for API governance and application integration
• Expertise in healthcare data modeling techniques and familiarity with compliance standards
