Job Summary
Leading the architecture and engineering of AI and data products, the remote full-time Director of Data Products Engineering will drive the transition to a product-centric data operating model while managing a high-performing team to deliver scalable data solutions across the fintech ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies for data product delivery and establish a product-centric operating model
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable data solutions and ensure alignment across various systems and platforms
- Build and mentor a high-performing Data Product Engineering team, promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Data, Analytics, or AI/ML organizations
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale analytics or AI engineering teams
- Strong expertise in modern cloud data platforms, including Snowflake and Dataiku
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in predictive analytics and machine learning
