Job Summary

Overseeing the strategic vision and execution of data quality programs, the full-time remote Director of Data Quality will manage a global team, ensure operational excellence, and drive innovative data quality solutions within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement an enterprise-wide data quality strategy, ensuring compliance and transparency
• Lead and mentor a team of data operations specialists while promoting process consistency and knowledge sharing
• Drive operational excellence by evaluating and integrating scalable automation technologies and methodologies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, or analytics within pharma/biotech or healthcare
• Strong understanding of data profiling, validation, and quality frameworks
• Experience in building scalable operational functions and process automation
• Proven track record in customer relationship and trust building
• Leadership experience with global or offshore teams
