Director of Data Quality Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Quality & Master Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a master data management and data quality roadmap aligned with healthcare goals
• Oversee the implementation and stewardship of master data domains to ensure data standardization
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, leading data profiling and cleansing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, health informatics, information systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and experience with healthcare data sets
• Proven experience leading enterprise MDM and data quality programs
• Solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements
