Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Science (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of advanced data science, statistical models, AI, and ML capabilities
• Implement ML Ops practices for scalable machine learning model deployment
• Recruit and mentor a diverse team of data science professionals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data science and analytics
• Proven track record in developing analytics strategies and tools
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring data science teams
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models in a retail or consumer-focused environment
