Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data science function, delivering 10-12 production models annually across key business domains
• Drive the full model lifecycle from ideation to production, collaborating with MLOps and engineering
• Manage and grow a small team while providing technical mentorship and ensuring model quality

Required Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in data science, including 2 years in a management or technical leadership role
• Experience building and delivering production-grade models such as regression and classification models
• Proficient in Python and SQL for model development and analysis
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including MLOps and Data Engineering
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with business needs
