Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in a quantitative field
• Proven leadership experience managing data science or machine learning teams
• Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in R as a plus
• Strong understanding of data architecture and MLOps practices in cloud environments
