Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to a team of Senior and Staff Data Scientists
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical and business metrics and objectives
• Drive sprints and work with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives improving customer metrics

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of data science experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data security
• Exceptional team management abilities with experience in building high-performing teams
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
