Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the AI and data science strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead the research, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models
• Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and engineers

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science with leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and best practices
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
