Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise strategy for embedding AI and ML across the customer lifecycle to enhance personalization and long-term value
• Define and scale intelligent decision systems for optimizing user experience and content delivery
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of ML scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Science, ML, or advanced analytics roles with 5+ years of team leadership
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems in production to achieve measurable business impact
• Mastery of machine learning techniques and hands-on experience with relevant programming tools
• Strong understanding of causal inference frameworks and their application to B2C growth
• Deep expertise in experimentation, including running A/B/n and multi-variate tests at scale
