Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Head of Data & Decision Science (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance AI Operations by utilizing generative AI to streamline processes and tools
• Lead R&D efforts to create reusable code components and establish best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new AI-driven products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Science; Master's or PhD preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, with 5+ years in R&D
• 3+ years of experience mentoring or managing junior data scientists
• Mastery of data mining, model building, and statistical techniques; proficiency in Python and generative AI technologies preferred
• Preferred experience in healthcare and process optimization
