Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Rentals Data Science to lead a data science team and drive insights across the rentals transaction journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and data visualization engineers
• Shape the long-term data strategy for rentals shopping and transaction experiences
• Design and interpret A/B tests and causal inference studies to inform product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or similar roles
• 3+ years of experience leading data science teams in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and cloud-based data tools
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and statistical inference
• Experience with B2C and B2B product data in complex transaction flows
