Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Science (Finance).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to the development of predictive models for revenue forecasting and risk assessment
• Translate abstract business challenges into structured data science projects and ensure integration of predictive insights into operational workflows
• Build and scale the Data Science team while establishing standards for code quality and model validation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and deploying predictive models that achieved high business adoption
• Deep familiarity with the Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with ML orchestration tools and cloud-based ML platforms
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline; an MBA combined with a technical background is highly valued
