Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data science, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of building data science functions and translating capabilities into business value
• Deep expertise in machine learning techniques and hands-on skills in Python
• Experience with model governance and MLOps pipelines
• Preferred experience in real estate or financial services
