Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving large datasets and advanced statistical modeling to support healthcare decision-making
• Oversee the design and optimization of data pipelines and develop scalable analytical solutions
• Present analytical findings and provide technical leadership while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics in healthcare or related industries
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
• Experience designing and deploying various machine learning models and working with large datasets in cloud environments
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives from concept through execution
