Director of Data Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Science to lead the vision and roadmap for Data Science across the NAMER region.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement the roadmap for Data Science capabilities, focusing on technology for data insights and media activation
• Collaborate with account leads on thought leadership and oversee the process from inception to execution
• Lead all phases of product development, applying data science and AI/ML/DL frameworks to complex business problems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, with at least 3 years in Marketing Analytics
• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Operational Research, or related fields
• Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI model development using Python, R, Scala, or similar languages
• Experience with big data technologies and scripting languages (Java, C/C++)
• Familiarity with deep learning applications and tools, and essential experience with Large Language Models (GPT-3, etc.)
