Director of Data Science

Job Summary

To drive advanced data-driven solutions in marketing technology, the full-time salaried Director of Data Science will manage a team focused on data exploration, machine learning, and collaboration with business units and product development, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Data Science team in developing and implementing innovative data solutions that align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and create effective data science strategies
• Ensure robust integration of data solutions with production products through effective communication with application engineering

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in machine learning and data visualization, including at least 4 years in a management role
• Strong software development experience on Linux and Microsoft platforms
• Proficiency in database management, including data processing and transformation
• Experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences using Microsoft Office and Google Suites
