Director of Data Science

Job Summary

To drive workforce transformation and modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Data Science will define and execute data science strategies aligned with business objectives, lead and mentor data scientists and analysts, and establish best practices for modeling, analytics, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute data science strategy aligned to business objectives and KPIs
• Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts
• Establish modeling, analytics, and governance best practices

Required Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis and statistical modeling expertise
• Strong Power BI experience (dashboards, semantic models, KPI reporting)
• Experience with agentic AI or AI-driven workflow automation
• Deep understanding of delivery/professional services KPIs (demand/supply, utilization, NPS, revenue)
• Experience building enterprise data governance frameworks
